On the other side of Shane’s domain lies Oracle NetSuite for Government, a tailored Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution meticulously crafted for small to mid-size communities. This program underscores Oracle’s unwavering commitment to providing scalable, efficient management tools for local governments, thereby streamlining their operations and enhancing community services.

Shane’s role transcends conventional product marketing boundaries. He is deeply engaged as a stakeholder and principal lead at the Oracle Industries Innovation Lab in Deerfield, Illinois. Here, Shane actively participates in the development of cutting-edge technologies and collaborates closely with software and development teams. His contributions have led to significant advancements, including the development of Body Worn Cameras, Vehicle Camera Systems, Drone Deployments, and the integration of Boston Dynamics Robotic systems. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing First Responder Vehicles and Technologies. At present, Shane is focused on the development of an Oracle Public Safety Tesla Cybertruck, slated for release in 2024. This project epitomizes Oracle’s dedication to innovative solutions in technology and transportation.

Beyond his technological pursuits, Shane also assumes broader organizational roles. He serves as a Board Member of MAVIN, Oracle’s military employee network, underscoring his commitment to supporting veterans within the company.
